Refund policy

Refund & Exchange Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Because each item is custom made or made-to-order, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, ordering errors, shipping address validation failure or other non-defective reasons.


Damaged or Defective Items

We want you to love your spooky treasures! If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To start a claim, email us at spookydsemporium@gmail.com with the following:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the defect or damage and the packaging

If approved, we’ll either send a replacement or provide store credit, depending on the situation and item availability.

Items reported after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for resolution.


Non-Returnable Items

As part of our policy, we do not accept returns or offer refunds/exchanges on:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Special Orders

EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country in the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cancellation period under EU law. This does not apply to custom or personalized items. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
