Welcome to Spooky D’s! We’re a small business that specializes in custom, personalized, handmade, upcycled, and laser crafted items that celebrate the magic of Halloween all year long. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms of Service:

1. Custom and Laser Crafted Products

All items are made-to-order and may have slight variations due to the artisan and lasered nature of our work. This is part of their charm and uniqueness! Colors, wood grain, laser cuts, and engraving depth may differ slightly from mockups or photos.

2. Processing & Shipping

Orders are reviewed within 1–3 business days. Once confirmed, please allow 2–3 weeks for production before your item is shipped. Shipping times vary depending on location and carrier.

3. No Refunds or Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges except in the case of damaged or defective items. If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details.

Please double-check all personalization details, spellings, and shipping information at checkout. Spooky D’s is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer or for packages lost due to incorrect addresses.

5. Intellectual Property

All logos, product designs, photos, and branding are the intellectual property of Spooky D’s. You may not use, reproduce, or sell our logos, designs, products, branding, or photos without written permission.

6. Right to Refuse Orders

We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason, including (but not limited to) offensive or inappropriate custom requests or customer responses.
