Processing Time
All of our items are made-to-order and carefully crafted in our studio.
Please allow 2–3 weeks for your order to be processed and shipped after it has been reviewed and confirmed.

Order Review & Confirmation
Once your order is placed, we’ll review it within 1–3 business days to ensure all customization details (if applicable) are correct.
Shipping Costs
As a small business, we’re unable to offer free shipping at this time.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight. We do our best to keep shipping prices as fair and accurate as possible. Thank you for understanding and for supporting our small shop!
Shipping Timeframes
Shipping time is in addition to processing time. Once shipped, delivery time will depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Most domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Shipping Carriers
We primarily ship via USPS, though other carriers may be used depending on the size and destination of the package.
